Warehouse Manager

Datamax currently has an opening for a Warehouse Manager. We are looking for the right person that can contribute to the successful growth that we have experienced in Arkansas for more than 20 years.

This position oversees the proper management of equipment, parts, and supply levels to ensure a minimum of backorders while also maintaining inventory turns within company guidelines. You will be supporting more than 15 Sales Reps, 25 Service Technicians, and thousands of customers.

Your Team consists of 4 other warehouse personnel. You will be responsible for their ongoing development, training, and educational needs to continue providing the level of expertise required of all Datamax employees.

You will work closely with our Sales, Admin, and Service Departments to ensure that all orders are completed and delivered on time.

You will develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual budget plans that allow us to meet and exceed customer and management expectations, while also handling day to day issues and problems.

Responsibilities also include overseeing building maintenance needs and several company vehicles.

We have a strong management team with more than 130 years of experience with Datamax and more than 150 years of industry experience.

Position requirements include (but are not limited to);

  • Previous warehouse and inventory management experience.
  • Managing and developing other personnel.
  • Data entry, Word, and Excel experience.
  • The ability to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis and 75 lbs on an occasional basis.
  • Forklift experience helpful but not required.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass government background/security checks.
