The Total Maintenance Care Program includes all service, labor, parts, rollers, fuser oil, drums, toner and all operating supplies except paper, transparencies, etc. You never have to pay for anything related to maintenance, we provide it all.

Preventive Maintenance Calls are scheduled by us at your convenience to inspect, clean and lubricate your equipment to prevent those untimely breakdowns that can make you sweat when you're getting your presentation ready for tomorrow's 7:30 am meeting.

Our Fast Service Guarantee is just that. We'll be on site for your emergency service needs within 5 Hours from the time our service department receives your call or we'll pay you. That's right. If we fail to get your copier up and running or get you a loaner machine within 8 normal business hours, we'll give you a cash credit of $10.00 per hour for each hour you're down. You can put that guarantee in the bank because we put it in writing.

Our Free Loaner Guarantee ensures you never go without a machine. When you become a MaxPac customer, you have the added security of knowing that if your machine isn't performing up to the manufacturer's standards or it needs to be returned to our Service Center for repairs for any reason, we'll get you a loaner machine delivered and installed free of charge.

Our 5-Year No Lemon Replacement Guarantee assures you of a machine that performs at the highest level. If your machine has been continuously covered by the MaxPac 5-YearPerformance Guarantee and we can't keep your machine in good working order, we'll replace it… free of charge.
